Jamie Latsko, Esq.Associate
Jamie Lee Latsko, Esq. has focused her career on matrimonial and family law matters, with an emphasis on divorce litigation, custody and parenting time disputes, modification of existing court orders, and domestic violence issues. She has experience assisting clients in the negotiation and drafting of settlement, separation, and prenuptial agreements, and is well versed in the preparation of wills and advance directives. She approaches each client with a sense of compassion for their individual circumstances, and with a desire to provide honest strategic analysis and work collaboratively to achieve the best possible outcome.
Ms. Latsko began her legal career as a legal assistant while attending Rutgers Law School as an evening student. There, she gained invaluable knowledge in the areas of property valuation and tax liability, which she applies often in advising clients with respect to equitable distribution, asset valuation, and potential tax consequences. Prior to joining Goldstein Law Group, Ms. Latsko’s practice including representation of clients in various family law and general litigation matters including, but not limited to, divorce proceedings, custody modifications, out of state relocations, domestic violence matters, social security claims, contract disputes, compliance advising, and special education matters.
Ms. Latsko earned her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law, and also earned the Family Law Certificate for her completion of a comprehensive course of study with a specific focus in the area of family law. While attending law school, Ms. Latsko provided pro bono assistance to victims of domestic violence through the Courtroom Advocates Project, and gained valuable experience representing clients at all stages of domestic violence proceedings, from inception through trial.
She is active in the East Brunswick community and sits as a board member on the Aldersgate United Methodist Church Community Outreach Center. She serves on the Executive Board of the East Brunswick Baseball League as Secretary, and is active in the Irwin Elementary School PTA.
